The magnet template is to embed NdFeB magnets directly into the template. There are 2-3 magnets in a magnet template, which is more convenient, efficient and stable than the magnetic box. Through the adhesive force of the magnetic block, the formwork is in close contact with the formwork, thereby fixing the formed formwork system. The formwork system that needs to be formed is fixed in this way. Since the steel formwork and the magnetic block are integrated, no displacement will occur, and the formwork system will not be deformed. At the same time, the simple and fast operation of the magnet makes the whole work safer and more stable. Using the matching pry bar, the formwork magnet can be picked up to easily remove the steel formwork from the formwork. Since the magnets are located in the steel formwork grooves, no concrete residues or other dirt can cause damage to the entire formwork system.

Formwork Material and Treatment Process
1. 235A carbon steel, blackened
Generally, Q235A carbon steel is used, the magnetic flux is better than that of stainless steel, and the cost is low. The anti-rust treatment of the iron shell is generally blackened. It is a commonly used chemical surface treatment method. The principle is to produce an oxide film on the metal surface to isolate the air and achieve the purpose of rust prevention.
2. Q235A carbon steel, polished
Some customers are worried that the surface oxide layer will affect the cement surface, so they use polishing treatment
3. Aluminum alloy
The aluminum alloy formwork magnet consists of an aluminum alloy formwork and an embedded magnet block. Due to the special processing technology, the aluminum alloy formwork has high strength and has a small deformation rate compared with steel or stainless steel formwork. Product consistency and stability. The self-weight of the formwork is greatly reduced, which is conducive to production operations.
4. Stainless steel
The stainless steel template magnet consists of a stainless steel template and an embedded magnet block, which is light in weight and easy to operate with the robotic arm.
