Dry Automatic Cleaning Magnetic Separator Features:

1. Magnetic Force Selection: The magnetic force can be chosen to range between 8000 to 12000 Gauss, providing flexibility based on specific separation needs.

2. Inlet and Outlet Design: Customizable inlet and outlet connections are available, either with flanges or square interfaces, facilitating easy installation on a variety of pipe systems.

3. Working Temperature Range: The separator is designed for standard operation at temperatures up to 80°C. For specialized applications, the maximum operating temperature can be extended to 350°C.

4. Magnetic Rack Configuration: The magnetic rack can be configured in single, double, or multi-layer arrangements to meet the unique requirements of our customers.

5. Drawer Materials and Finish: The drawer is constructed from 304 and 316L stainless steel, with the interior capable of being coated with PTFE and the exterior finished with sandblasting for added durability and performance.

6. Automatic Magnetic Removal: The system can be equipped with electrical controls to enable automatic removal of magnetic materials, streamlining the separation process.

Iron Removal Process:

The PLC fully automates the control of the cylinder, facilitating the connection between upstream and downstream processes, with the option for multi-layer linkage to ensure continuous operation. Initially, the material enters the magnetic system through the feed port, where magnetic particles are attracted and adhere to the sleeve of the magnetic system. Subsequently, the magnetic system and its sleeve are retracted to the slag discharge position. Finally, the magnetic plate is extracted, allowing the magnetic material to drop into the slag discharge port, thus resetting the cyclical process.
