Description of the Square Magnetic Grate
Square Magnetic Grate, or magnetic filters, also called magnetic fluid iron separator or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluid, semi-fluid, and other viscous fluid materials to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the material clean and to protect the downstream production equipment.
The features of the Square Magnetic Grate
The tube's material is 304 or 316L stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
The standard magnetic frame is arranged by the distance between the metal frame and the magnetic rod with a diameter of 25mm, which is arranged at a distance of 50mm, and the screws are fixed, assembled, or welded.
The surface can be polished to meet the requirements ofthe food or drug use level.
The standard working temperature is =< 80 ℃, and the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃ under special requirements.
Normal type, Easy-clean type with diversion rod or guide plate type, square, round, and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.

Maximum operating temperature: Our standard operating temperature is 80 degrees Celsius.
If required by the customer, we can provide magnetic strips with operating temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius to meet the needs of special equipment.
Magnet strength: As per customer requirements. The highest magnet strength can reach 12,000 GS (1.2T).
Easy-clean style Magnetic Trap
Easy to clean. The magnetic grate can be cleaned in seconds. Simply activate the release mechanism, pull the core out of the stainless steel tube assembly, and the attracted contaminants will disappear. Place the core back into the tube assembly, and the grate will be back in optimal magnetic condition. This can be done in under a minute. Size can be referenced from the standard style: Maximum magnetic strength up to 8000GS.
