Description of the Magnetic liquid trap:
Magnetic Liquid Traps, or magnetic filters, also called magnetic fluid iron separator or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluid, semi-fluid and other viscous fluid materials to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the material clean and to protect the downstream production equipment.
The features of the Magnetic Liquid Trap:
1) The tube's material is 304 or 316L stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
2) The standard magnetic frame is arranged by the distance between the metal frame and the magnetic rod with a diameter of 25mm, which is arranged at a distance of 50mm, and the screws are fixed, assembled or welded.
3) The surface can be polished to meet the requirement of food or drug use level.
4) The standard working temperature is =< 80 ℃, and the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃ under special requirements.
5) Normal type, Easy-clean type with diversion rod or guide plate type, square, round and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.
