The surface magnetic strength of our magnetic bars ranges from 4,000 to 12,000 Gauss, depending on the diameter, magnet grade, and application requirements. For food and pharmaceutical industries, high-strength grades (10,000–12,000 Gauss) are often recommended to capture very fine iron particles. All magnetic values are measured directly on the bar surface using a certified Gauss meter to ensure accuracy.
