1. NdFeB Production Process

NdFeB magnets can be divided into two types: bonded NdFeB and sintered NdFeB. Bonding is actually injection molding, while sintering is vacuumed and heated at high temperatures. The core technology of the NdFeB magnet industry is mainly reflected in the manufacturing process, which is embodied in the uniformity, consistency, processing quality, and coating quality of its products. a. Mixing ingredients:

Raw materials such as NdFeB are put into the crucible.

b. Melting:

c. Pulverize:

In the case of passing nitrogen, the alloy is pulverized to a fine powder of several microns by equipment such as a "jet pulverizer".

d. Forming in a magnetic field:

Put the micro powder into a mold with a magnetic field for stamping, so that the magnetization direction of the microparticle crystal becomes consistent.

e. Sintering:

There are many voids between the formed particles, so heating at a temperature lower than the melting point makes it a dense block, that is, a "sintered body". After this process, the volume will be reduced to half of the original.

f. Make it magnetic:

An external magnetic field is applied to the non-magnetic magnet material. After this process, the magnet material can become a permanent magnet
