Description of Concrete Chamfer:
Magnetic chamfers are one of the most useful and common accessories in the precast concrete industry. The types of chamfering strips we currently sell include steel magnetic chamfer strips, rubber magnetic chamfer strips, polyurethane chamfer strips, and PVC chamfer strips. Magnetic chamfers are widely used to secure steel formwork surfaces and steel workbenches for the purpose of quickly and cleanly forming chamfers, beveled edges, drip molds, false seams, notches and exposures on the corners and faces of concrete wall panels and Corner of some templates. Prevent concrete from overflowing from the gap between the precast concrete pouring platform and the side formwork.

The main function of the PVC circular concrete chamfer is to turn the concrete right angle into a circular arc angle. Before concrete pouring, the corner line can be fixed at the inner corner of the formwork, and can be fixed with a special row of nails for decoration. PVC arc chamfering line, R25 is arc radius 25mm corner line, used for large foundations such as main transformer foundation;
PVC arc chamfering line R20 is a 20mm arc radius corner line, used for general foundation. Concrete arc corners are mainly used for concrete products. While mirrored concrete is used for fillets, the exterior is fixed with wooden formwork. The upper side of beams, columns, and cable trenches are widely used in the infrastructure construction of thermal power plants or high-voltage power stations.
