Prefabricated Composite Slab

The full name of prefabricated composite slab is truss reinforced concrete composite slab, which is an integral floor slab assembled from prefabricated composite slab (60-80MM) and cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (70MM and above).

Precast Composite Beams

Precast composite beams are prefabricated in factories and then transported to the construction site for installation and fixation according to the design requirements. The cross section of precast composite beams is generally rectangular or T-shaped. When the floor structure is a precast panel assembled floor, in order to reduce the height of the structure and increase the building clearance, the cross section of the frame beam is often cross-shaped or basket-shaped. In the assembled integral frame structure, the precast beams are often made into rectangles. After the precast panels are installed in place, some concrete is poured to form the so-called precast composite beams.

Precast Concrete Interior Wall Panels

Precast concrete interior wall panels are reinforced concrete slab-shaped components that are processed in prefabrication plants or construction sites for building assembly. Concrete shear walls are prefabricated into solid components in the factory and connected to the main structure on site through reserved steel bars. With the widespread application of grouting sleeve technology in precast shear walls, the use of precast solid shear walls has become more and more common.

In assembled integral frame structures, precast columns are often made into rectangular cross-sections. The current production process of precast columns is mostly full grouting sleeve connection, and finally, qualified grouting materials are used for grouting to maximize product quality.

Prefabricated balcony is a small and medium-sized residential component in the prefabricated building system. The balcony components are produced in the prefabrication factory and transported to the construction site for installation. The application of prefabricated balconies can improve the traditional manual wet construction method to a certain extent.

 

Design Concept Of Prefabricated Underground Garage

Prefabricated underground garage is mainly composed of prefabricated columns, prefabricated composite beams, prefabricated composite grooved plates, and double-sided composite shear walls. The assembly rate can reach 90%. Compared with traditional underground garages, it has the advantages of no support, no template, fast construction speed, and low cost. The prefabricated columns and foundations are plug-in, which is easy to install, and the top is equipped with a corbel to place the composite beam.
The prefabricated composite beam adopts an inverted T-shaped design, which is convenient for placing the composite board.
The prefabricated composite board, considering the overall force requirements, has been modified into a one-way prefabricated composite grooved board. This prefabricated board can make the overall structure force clearer: plate-rib beam-X-axis main beam-column-foundation.

Shear Wall Structure And Frame Structure

Shear wall templates are divided into inner wall panels and outer wall panels. The outer wall panels have their insulation. The outer and inner panels are connected by Thomas connectors to achieve a reliable connection effect. The rough surface is washed with a retarder. This method can improve the bonding degree of new and old concrete. The bonding rate can reach more than 95%. The biggest advantage is that it greatly shortens the construction period. The insulation material in the outer wall panels is flame-retardant material, which is relatively safe.
