Working principle of the Magnetic Sheet Separators
The magnetic sheet separator creates a strong magnetic field in the ferrous steel sheet stack. The induced magnetic field creates a magnetic polarity between the top and second sheets. Like magnetic polarity repels one another, resulting in the top sheet pushing away from the lower sheet.

Outer Packaging Materials: Sheet dividers are typically packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes or wooden crates to ensure they are not damaged during transport. For larger sheet dividers, wooden frames or reinforced pallets may be needed to enhance packaging stability.
Inner Lining Protection: Inside the cardboard box or wooden crate, the sheet divider should be wrapped and protected with cushioning materials such as foam, bubble wrap, and pearl cotton to prevent vibration and impact during transport and to prevent product damage. Electrical components and precision parts, in particular, should have special protection measures.
Product Securing: Use securing brackets or special clamps to firmly secure the sheet divider inside the packaging box to ensure it does not shift during handling. For rolls or long strip sheet dividers, ropes or straps can also be used to secure them to prevent them from tipping over during transport.
