Description of the Magnetic liquid trap:
Magnetic Liquid Traps, or magnetic filters, also called magnetic fluid iron separator or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluid, semi fluid and other viscous fluid materials to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the material clean and to protect the downstream production equipment.
The features of the Magnetic Liquid Trap:
1) In order to adapt to the various conditions of use, we developed a variety of different types of fluid remover.
2) The surface gauss can be selected in the same scope as the magnetic frame, and the Ordinary type (N style) can reach 12000GS, Easy cleaning type (E style) can reach 8000GS.
3) The standard working temperature is =< 80 ℃. Under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃.
4) With flange, clamp, bolt plate or quick release clip, you can easily install, remove and remove magnetic components.
5) The pipe material is 304 or 316L stainless steel.
6) Reasonable structural design ensures the best removal of iron while not impeding the flow of materials.
