Iron Removal Process:

1. A PLC system fine-tunes the operational parameters for optimal performance.

2. In conjunction with a diaphragm pump, the inlet and outlet ports manage the opening and closing of additional valves.

3. Raw materials containing magnetic particles are channeled through the filter chamber for separation.

4. Materials devoid of magnetic content, exiting the purification port, are subjected to further filtration across multiple cylinders, customized to the attributes of the material.

5. Upon signal feedback, the raw material inlet and outlet valves, along with the slag valves, are sealed, and air pressure is engaged to force the remaining material back into a temporary storage tank.

6. After securing other pipelines, the cylinder is removed, and the cleaning port is activated, enabling magnetic slag to be expelled through the slag discharge port.

7. The process then recycles through steps (2, 3, 4, 5), synchronizing with the return port to maintain a continuous and efficient iron removal cycle.
