Understanding Magnetic Rollers
Magnetic Pulleys are always placed at the head of the conveyor belt to separate iron particles, iron scrap, tramp iron, and other ferromagnetic objects from the bulk dry material flow, such as iron ore, grain, sand, gravel, plastics, wood, waste, cullet, rubber, etc.
RCT Type Magnetic Drum
RCT type magnetic drum is also known as magnetic pulley or dry bulk magnetic separator. Its internal use of high-performance magnetic materials constitute a strong magnetic system, with high magnetic field strength, depth, simple structure, easy to use, no maintenance, no power consumption, demagnetization rate and other characteristics of the use of small year round. It can be used for iron selection in industries such as cement, magnetic separation, mining, iron and steel, chemical industry, refractories, and garbage disposal. It can be used together with TD-75 and AD-80 universal fixed belt conveyors instead of driving wheels, and it can also be used with special belt conveyors.
