What is Magnetic Recess Former
The steel magnetic former is made of metal and NdFeB magnet, which is not a simple combination but our engineering team's optimized design. By changing the magnetic circuit of the Rare Earth Neodymium Magnet core, the whole magnetic recess former can produce a strong holding force from 50kgs up to 360Kgs, so that they can get firm fixation onto the mold table without any movement.
The appropriate rubber holding band is supplied in each case to attach the ball-headed anchor to the magnet. The steel body is turned from high-quality solid material and forms a homogeneous unit with the high-performance core of the magnet. The attachment surface is completely sealed and therefore protects the magnet's core against corrosion and damage. This increases the working life of the magnetic force considerably. The integrated internal thread allows the magnet to be smoothly released from the steel table.
