
We can judge and analyze from these three aspects:
1. The torque of the motor
In general, the motor torque is large, the magnetic steel performance is high, and small is low. In the small motor, the positioning torque is expected to be small, that is, the torque of the motor from the moment of stationary to rotation, mainly determined by the magnetization waveform and the core groove shape.
2. The speed of the motor is high and low
The rotational speed of the motor has no-load speed and load speed. When discussing the relationship between the speed and the performance of the magnetic steel, the other resistance torque of the motor should be excluded. No-load high-speed, low magnetic properties, on the contrary, high magnetic properties; high load rotation speed, high magnetic properties, on the contrary, low magnetic properties.
3. The current of the motor
The current of the motor also has no-load current and load current. When discussing the relationship between the current and the performance of the magnetic steel, the other resistance torque of the motor should also be excluded. Large no-load current, low magnetic performance, on the contrary, magnetic performance is high, but this is not obvious in the motor, the size of the no-load current is more related to the resistance of the winding; load current is large, magnetic performance is low, and vice versa, magnetic properties high.
