The permanent magnet iron separator is a machine that uses iron to adsorb iron products and realizes iron removal in an effective range. It can remove the ferromagnetic impurities mixed with the material, and is an important magnetic separation device in modern industrial production. So how do we use the permanent magnet separator? Come and have a look with me.
The the permanent magnet iron separator starts with the belt conveyor where it is located. When the belt conveyor starts, and a pair of normally open contacts on the joint relay in the high voltage control cabinet are turned on, then the iron separator is given a running command to start operation. When the granular material passes directly under the permanent magnet self-unloading iron separator, the ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the material are sucked up, and the ferromagnetic material adsorbed thereon passes through the non-magnetic region due to the continuous operation of the belt on the iron remover. When it is scraped off by the iron on the belt, it is thrown into the iron box. At this time, the belt conveyor stops, the joint relay on the belt conveyor control cabinet is de-energized, the normally open contact is disconnected, and the work is done.
We can set the machine to delay the stop function. After the combined relay loses power, it will delay for ten minutes and the iron remover will stop running. This can reduce the factors that make people look down on the week and make the machine work properly.
