1.1 When the material layer is thicker and the material particle size is larger, the super magnetic separator should be used; or the large class 1 or large class 2 super model should use ordinary iron remover; multi-stage iron removal; multi-stage iron removal should be selected as much as possible The iron is installed on the head of the belt conveyor.
1.2 When the requirement for the removal rate of miscellaneous iron is high, it can also be used with the iron removal equipment of different working modes. For example, the head of the belt conveyor adopts a permanent magnet roller, and the middle of the belt conveyor adopts a belt type iron remover.
1.3 When the site environment dust is serious, the iron separator with fully enclosed structure should be used.
1.4 When the power capacity is insufficient, the permanent magnet separator should be used.
1.5 When there is more iron in the material, the self-unloading iron remover should be used.
2. When the iron remover is installed on the head of the belt conveyor, because the material has inertial force, it is loose when leaving the belt, which is good for removing iron. If the drive of the belt head is changed to non-magnetic material, the iron removal effect will be better. .
3. When the iron separator is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor to remove iron, the idler roller under the iron remover can be changed to a non-magnetic flat roller, which can further improve the removal effect.
4. When using multi-stage iron removal, the iron removal force of the latter stage should be higher than that of the former stage. Otherwise, the iron removal effect will be removed.
5, the belt conveyor bandwidth of 1400mm or less is recommended to use the belt type permanent magnet iron remover, the belt conveyor bandwidth of 1600mm or more is recommended to use the electromagnetic separator.
