From the supply side, due to the approach of the Spring Festival, the upstream rare earth enterprises have gradually reduced production or even stopped production and maintenance, and supply has begun to appear tense. On the one hand, on the one hand, due to the large ups and downs in the previous period, some companies did not make up the bank in time; on the other hand, the suspension of logistics before and after the Spring Festival prompted some enterprises to start stocking in advance. Therefore, pre-holiday stock preparation of rare earth is expected to commence.
Xin Guobin asked all localities and departments to fully implement the spirit of the party's Nineteenth Congress, adhere to the new development concept and ensure a steady progress in the overall tone of the work, and focus on five aspects: First, raise awareness and implement responsibilities; second, coordinate planning , improve the system; the third is the division of labor and cooperation, and jointly promote; Fourth, to strengthen the group, to strengthen self-discipline; Fifth, focus on the key, and strict investigation.
