Reasonable selection of iron separator to extend the life of conveyor
1 When the material contains more iron: Use a self-dumping electromagnetic and permanent magnetic iron remover with continuous row of iron (RCDC, RCDF, RCYC, RCT, CFLT series)
2 When the material contains less iron: manual iron-unloading electromagnetic, permanent magnetic separator (RCDA, RCDB, RCDE and RCY series) should be selected. Appropriately reduce the height of the suspension, in favor of iron removal.
3 When the use of environmental dust is more serious: should use a fully enclosed structure of iron remover such as RCDB, RCDE, RCDF series of electromagnetic products and RCY series permanent magnet products.
