The above four parts of the magnetic separator are debugged:
1. Silo. There is a live handle in the lower part of the silo. It controls how much material flow is selected. Players should use the handle to adjust the flow strictly according to the equipment consumption. Second: speed. The rotation speed should be adjusted according to the size and thickness of the selected material. The rate is fast, the product quality shows that the content of Fe2O3 is severely marked; the rate is slow, and the qualified product and Fe2O3 come together to flow out of the feed port, giving the enterprise no need to lose.
Third: There is a material plate before the magnetic copper separator in the magnetic separator, and the retainer plate also has a movable handle control. According to the size of the selected material, properly adjust the spacing between the baffle and rolled copper. The effect and rotation speed of the distance from the copper lapping interval are depicted and the effect is extremely similar, so it will not be described in detail.
Fourth: magnetic election spread cloth. This one consumer has already done the debugging, not special situation, the magnetic election local should not do the adjustment again.
