Magnetic iron remover fault treatment method
Symptom 1: The magnetic iron remover cannot be excited.
Approach:
1) Check whether the main circuit contactor is damaged and whether the control circuit fuse is damaged.
2) Check that the rectifier diode is in good condition. Use a multimeter to measure the forward and reverse resistance of each diode in turn, and perform a comparative analysis to determine whether the diode is intact.
3) Check whether the DC main circuit fuse is burned, and whether the fuse circuit breaker is actuated.
4) Check whether the disc magnetic iron remover is in working position.
Symptom 2: The magnetic iron remover trips.
Approach:
1) Check if the wiring in the control cabinet is good and the insulation is normal.
2) Check if the resistance of the disk is normal.
3) Check whether the insulation of the cable is normal or not, whether the water in the junction box is wet, and if necessary, perform the drying treatment.
Symptom 3: limit alarm.
Approach:
Check whether the travel limit is matched with the proximity switch. The distance should not be too far or too close. When the distance is too far, the time limit can't work properly. If it is too close, it will damage the proximity switch.
