Strong magnetic iron remover is divided into two types: electromagnetic iron remover and permanent magnetic iron remover according to different internal magnetic systems.
According to magnetic mechanics, we know that the suction of ferromagnetic materials is not only related to the strength of the magnetic field, but also directly related to the gradient of the magnetic field. It has the characteristics of strong magnetic field, large gradient, deep magnetic path and large suction. The magnetic field strengths of T1, T2, and T3 at the rated height are 1.6, 2.4, and 3.2 times of the national standard products respectively, reaching 900 GS, 1200 GS, and 1500 GS. The suction at the rated height is 1.6, 2.3, and 4.4 times that of the national standard. With 7.6 times, it has good iron removal effect for large iron parts and small iron parts. It is especially suitable for removing iron from clean coal, removing iron from materials transported at ports and docks, speed grinding in power plants, and removing iron before fan grinding.
