Impact crusher working principle:
The stone material falls directly from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, another part of the flying stones around the turntable in the form of an umbrella produces high-speed collisions and high-density comminution. After the stone strikes each other, it will A vortex motion is generated between the turntable and the casing, resulting in multiple blows, friction, and smashing, and is discharged through the lower portion. A closed-circuit multiple cycle is formed and controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.
Impact crusher installation and commissioning:
Installation: Select the installation location according to the applicable scope of the machine, and ensure that there is enough space for inspection.
Debugging: 1. The rotor has been balanced before leaving the factory. The user generally does not need to perform the balance test. When replacing the hammer head and rotor parts, it should be balanced.
2. The host installation should be balanced. The spindle level error is less than 1mm/m. The main driven wheel is in the same plane. Adjust the elasticity of the belt and fix the motor.
3. Check that the mounting position of each component moves, deforms, tightens all bolts, and checks for good seals.
4. Check the wiring and fastening of the electrical box, adjust the time delay relay and overload protector, connect the circuit, test the motor steering, and select the appropriate size fuse.
5. Check whether the hydraulic system operation is reliable and there is no leakage.
6. Remove the foreign material in the impact crusher and move the rotor by hand to check for friction and impact.
